Residential Rental Property Registration
The requirement to register residential rental property with a county is mandated under Ohio Revised Code §5323.02 and is separate from that of other municipalities.

Residential Rental Registration Exceptions
If you do not have rental property please complete this form. Select the status of your property from the menu.

Rental Registration Special Assessment Appeal
An Appeal can be filed anytime with the Board of Revision. Give the reason for the Appeal and include supporting documentation if needed. The Board of Revision will mail notification of their decision.
