TAVIA GALONSKI - SUMMIT COUNTY CLERK OF COURTS
The Summit County Clerk of Courts Office is comprised of two Divisions - Legal and Title. The Clerk of Courts - Legal Division maintains records for the Summit County Common Pleas Court - General Division, the Summit County Domestic Relations Court, and the Ninth District Court of Appeals. The Clerk of Courts - Title Division, with three offices throughout Summit County, is responsible for issuing Certificates of Title for watercraft and motor vehicle owners throughout the region.
KANDY FATHEREE - SUMMIT COUNTY SHERIFF
The Sheriff sees the Summit County Sheriff's Office as different from others. All our personnel in uniform are sworn personnel. Each one is a Deputy. In fact, each Deputy begins service with a three or four year stint as a member of the Corrections staff at the County Jail and then, through seniority, moves on to patrol duty and the Detective Bureau.

ELLIOT KOLKOVICH - SUMMIT COUNTY PROSECUTOR
Responsible for the prosecution of criminals charged with felony offenses and juvenile delinquents. Also responsible for enforcing child support orders and protecting neglected or abused children. Job duties include providing legal advice to Summit County Townships and governmental entities and representing the County of Summit and all County agencies. In addition, job duties include the supervision of approximately 300 employees who are assigned to the various divisions of the Summit County Prosecutor’s Office: Criminal Division, Civil Division, Juvenile Division, Appeals Division, Crime Victim Services Division, Tax Division and Child Support Enforcement Agency.
SUMMIT COUNTY COUNCIL
The County Council is the eleven-member legislative authority, taxing authority and policy-making body of the Summit County government. All Council and Committee Meetings begin at 4:30 p.m. All meetings are held in the Council Chambers, located in The Ohio Building, 175 South Main Street, Akron, Ohio.
ELINORE MARSH STORMER - SUMMIT COUNTY PROBATE COURT
Judge Stormer and the Summit County Probate Court, in partnership with local bank officials, are concerned about your safety and well-being. Recently, the Court has been made aware of a new scam targeting seniors. A person posing as a police officer goes to the home of the senior and tells them that their accounts have been compromised. He or she then accompanies the senior to the bank and convinces them to withdraw large sums of cash from their bank accounts to “verify” the accounts.
