“I am committed to continuing my professional development to provide the best services and programs to the citizens of Summit County”, said Fiscal Officer Scalise. “I would like to thank the County Auditors Association of Ohio for presenting me with this award. It is an honor to be recognized.”

The CAAO noted that the award is a substantial achievement, “When you consider the time commitments on County Auditors and Fiscal Officers in general, it is truly an accomplishment for a County Fiscal Officer to have over 100 hours of credit.”

Fiscal Officer Scalise obtained her training in topics such as Recent Trends in Real Property Value, Establishing the Tax Rate, and two mandatory classes in ethics and substance abuse.
