Kennel licenses can only be purchased at our Services Department, 1030 E. Tallmadge Avenue, Akron, OH 44310 or you can mail your completed application and the appropriate fee to the the address on the top of the form. Kennel licenses cannot be purchased at our neighborhood locations.
