Transfer on Death Designation Affidavit does not establish a present ownership interest in the beneficiary named on the affidavit. It is a provision in Ohio law that permits a sole property owner, tenants in common or tenants in survivorship to name a beneficiary or beneficiaries who will take title to the property upon their death.
