Residential Rental Registration Exceptions (337.51 KB) Your residential rental property may qualify as an exception.
Exception Types:
- Property was sold
- Owner is deceased or has long term illness and rental unit(s) has been vacant for more than 2 years
- Rental units in question have been damaged or destroyed by fire, condemnation proceeding or other means
- Owner/relatives live in rental property and no rent is being charged
- List other reasons rental unit(s) may not qualify for the rental registration program
