The Property Transfer Department approves the legal descriptions contained in a Transfer of Title document as well as the conveyance of the property. A Conveyance is the document by which a Transfer of Title to property from one person to another is affected. When conveying property, the Property Transfer Department of the Fiscal Office accepts the following two forms:
