THE FISCAL OFFICE TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED IN-PERSON PUBLIC ACCESS

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Fiscal Office has temporarily suspended in-person public access. The public can access programs and services from our website, by phone at 330-643-2632 or 330-643-2588, or by email at summittreas@summitoh.net.

BOARD OF REVISION COMPLAINTS

Governor DeWine signed Senate Bill 57 on April 27, 2021. This legislation re-opens the year 2020 filing period and permits a property owner to file a valuation complaint with the Board of Revision if the owner alleges that the Covid-19 pandemic negatively impacted the property's value. The filing period for this is August 3, 2021 through September 2, 2021. For information regarding Board of Revision complaints, please call 330-926-2559, email BOR@summitoh.net, or visit https://fiscaloffice.summitoh.net/index.php/board-of-revision-complaint. Note: All BOR case evidence must be submitted via U.S. Mail or delivered in-person to our office.
